Remember - real Christmas trees last about 3 weeks (sometimes 4 if you have a cool shady corner of the house, but as little as 2 if there is air-conditioning, sun-light, wind or heat - and you let the water-bowl go dry!).
An Elfhelp delivery Van is assigned to deliver/pickup Real Christmas Trees to certain Sydney suburbs on certain dates.
We encourage you to select suitable days! Enter your selected dates in the Booking Form,
otherwise tell us in the booking form to check availability of other dates if these present a problem for you. You can select any date in your general region,
but ideally try to select the nearest suburb and bolded date! Thanks!
In the booking form, you may suggest your time preferences e.g. morning/afternoon/evening - but an exact time can not be usually confirmed until the day itself (or night before).
( The driver will call or SMS in advance before driving out to your home ).

Long Distance Home Deliveries
*If* we can deliver to your area, areas that are further than 30 minutes drive from the Sydney CBD may be quoted at an extra $121/hr of driving time. This does not apply if we are already scheduled to be in your area on a certain day with a truck load of trees!
CBD Deliveries, Shopping Centres and Zero Dropped Needles policy
A $209 inc. GST surcharge applies for all CBD sky-scraper and long-walk Shopping centre deliveries ($121 for delivery only).
This surcharge may also apply if a large carpeted building complex has a "zero dropped needles" policy.
We do our best to clean up after ourselves and to bag trees for long-distance walks to apartments, but if you have a zero dropped needles policy and carpet we may need to bring specialised equipment, so please tell us in advance. :)
